I decided to remove the countries, languages and categories in favour of tagging the channels with the appropriate information. Please add as many tags as you would like to the channels but please at least include the country of origin, language and general category. You can enter what you like. The search will use the tags.

Well I have been working hard on a Silverlight 1.1 version of the GISTV. I think I am going to wait until Silverlight 2.0 is released. About 3/4 of the channels out there are not supported by the Media Element in 1.1. Also I am still trying to get my head around some really cool look TV styles which should be easy to translate to the Silverlight once they fix the stream support.

Once the parsing is complete we have provided a web page that will list the potential channels. All that we ask you do is to you verify the channels and add them to the website. That's it. Easy. And you will be contributing to the total GISTV experience for all users.
